Kfar Saba construction evacuation project

Providing a second opinion for a residential building of a purchasing group and providing a solution for the successful completion of the construction both financially and during the execution.

The challenge:

On the site in question, sand was stolen and backfilling with waste was carried out.

The solution given by the previous consultant was to make very deep and very expensive foundations which made the project uneconomical.

The solution:

Stabilization and hardening of the filling by a network of concrete columns.

Founding the structure on a barge (raft).
