Netanya Trio Towers Foundation of three 26-floors residential towers using an innovative method that saved millions of shekels The challenge: Three 26-floors residential towers above one basement floor - one of the first projects in Israel using the CMC method. The foundation of the buildings was in an upper soil section and later in kurkar. The accepted solution used piles in the bentonite method. The solution: The solution carried out was a barge using the CMC method, which prevented the need for groundwater penetration, that would have required bentonite. The savings for the project was about a million dollars.
